I have been bringing my pets to Lowrys Animal Hospital for several years now and Dr. Phillips and all the staff have been exceptionally professional. My dogs and cat love all the staff, they actually enjoy coming to the vet! The prices there are unbeatable especially for the type of care you receive. They also get me into a room in a timely fashion and I am never waiting too long. I have recommend this animal hospital to many people and I will continue to recommend them. I could not imagine taking my pets anywhere else!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST, even after they have new owners. I took my cat here, I was overcharged and misdiagnosed three times over the span of less than 2 weeks.


They forced an enema without my permission on my 13 year old cat who we later found out had colon cancer.


After handing me a bill for over $500.00, they decided an X-RAY might help....... they showed me the mass in his colon and told me it was feces when actually it was a tumor. The Dr.'s third diagnoses was "Mega Colon" and his suggested treatment was to put my cat down. After a different vet visit, I realized the truth and that it was cancer. Their stupidity caused my cat immense pain during his last days of life. They are without a doubt unfit to be a working vet and from what i've read, i'm not the only one that thinks this.

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to them to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Whenever I have to go out of town I always use this animal hospitals boarding facility. My pet is always so well taken care of and gets so much love and attention from all of the staff. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
