No, they encourage you to just go to another emergency vet
Did this veterinarian seem overwhelmed with too many pets?
Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept

This vet took my extremely sick dog on a moment's notice. The front desk heard how upset I was when I called them and they made every effort to calm me down and get my dog in the office within 2 hours.
My dog has seen this particular doctor before, as he does some hours at Affordable Vet Care in Brookhaven. You can see that he really cares about the animals he is treating. He took great care with my geriatric dog. I would definitely bring him back there again with full confidence.

The front desk personnel were wonderful. Even though they were extremely busy when it was time for me to check out, they stopped what they were doing, explained all instructions to me, answered my questions, and were very nice.

The prices are just about average, maybe a bit lower than average.

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

The kennels and holding area were so disgusting and dirty. I definitely wouldn't recommend leaving your pet here. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. My pet almost died in their care due to a misdiagnosis and if I were you I would think twice about bringing your beloved pet here. They care about nothing but money and ran tests without even letting me decide if they were affordable or not very pushy vet and front desk woman was very cold and took forever to take my information, claims she could not find me in computer and I had been here prior to this yet again horrid appointment. Never going there again.
