Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel welcomed for calling. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I can always count on this veterinarian to be there for me, whether it is to answer a late night phone call or come in for an after-hour emergency. Their dedication to their clients is unparalleled to any other vet I've been to.In over 12 plus yrs and all my cats/dogs Dr Nolte and his awesome staff have always put my animals first and other than my mini dachshund being a bit snippy after a visit as she had teeth cleaning/pulled he always does what it takes to make it easier for us even in having to put our rotti down he was so kind and came right in , ppl bash him all the time but not one person is perfect compared to other vets in my area they r more aimed at the rich dr nolte's prices fit everyone's budget :)

Dr. Nolte is efficient, kind, and reasonably priced. He doesn't overbook his clients, so my dog and I are always seen immediately. I have been to many veterinarians, and Dr. Nolte is the only one I would recommend.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
