They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I do sometimes get a little frustrated with the selection of medication available for pets because they hardly ever have what I need. It really needs to be restocked more often.
