I don’t know what happened, but ever since this place went under new management it has gone to sh*t! I have refused to take my pets here for awhile, but my father continued. Not only did they misdiagnose my fathers cat last year, but he had to take her to my dogs vet to find out she had lymphoma after spending thousands in useless tests to be told nothing at Valley Vet. The icing on the cake, my sister took her cat that recently passed here to be cremated. It’s been 5 weeks and we have been continuously told that due to COVID, things are running behind. They FINALLY told my dad today that she was actually sent off with the discard pile of animals and not to the crematorium. So we have been lied to for 5 weeks and all they offered was to refund the cremation cost. That doesn’t bring our cat back, the emotional pain and neglect on their part. If you want to be disappointed, lied to and deceived, then take your pets here. Otherwise, steer clear. Until they can resolve this issue and hire new and better people, this will be considered one of the worst vet clinics in the area in my book.

Excellent service, very compassionate and knows how to care any type of animal small or large. We use them for our dogs, cats, goats, and pot belly pig. Their service to come to our small farm for wellness care is a god send for us. They helped us with a bloodhound we rescued that had severe ear and other problems. We are grateful for the time we had with our bloodhound (he was 7 or 8 years old - we were told he was one year old). We are very grateful for their services and appreciate the staff very much.

The care your pet recieves seems to be okay. The waiting room is small, and it doesnt smell pleasant. The front end staff isnt very friendly, in fact they seem to be put out most of the time. They seem to be distracted and overbook themselves on every occasion I have brough my pet in. Expect to wait 45min or longer after your designated appt before your seen. Wrong directions were written on my dogs prescription causing me to over dose her 2x over what she was suppose to have. Communication is lacking at the vet office which caused some unncessary problems for my dog that was seen by them for a surgery follow up. I probably will not be bringing any of my pets here ever again unless it is a DIRE EMERGENCY.Its a convenient location because it is so close to where I live, but I think I will drive some extra miles to go to a clinic that has their ducks in a row.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

There is no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here because food and water are always made available for them. They have bowls all over the office just in case your pet decides it needs a quick nibble of food or sip of water. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
