he saved my little dogs life. the vets in odessa do not care, dr box does. he took the time to draw blood and analyze it, he gave her an iv which she needed. he even got up in the night and went and checked on her. NOW THAT IS DEDICATION TO THE ANIMALS HE TAKES CARE OF! too bad there are none in odessa like him.

Never! It's hard enough getting them to see me during regular business hours

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. When I called they answered right away and I was glad to hear a friendly voice. Their office was nice. It was good to see how the staff respected each other, and how sweet they were with the animals. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a caring professional.

Dr. Box saved my little dog when no one else was interested in helping me. He is very caring, so many are not, just in it for the money. i live in Odessa, so its a good drive there. i do not hesitate to take my miniature horses or my dogs to him. HE CARES!!! He checks on them during the night when other vets dont want to miss their sleep. That is why I think so much of him. I used another vet in Odessa for my pups after Dr. Ron saved my pup. He allowed them to both die. didnt care at all. my first pup was killed in andrews while being boarded at a vets office. So- i am very sensitive where i take my animals.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
