First Rate animal hospital, caring, well equipped and dedicated.

Very helpful and responsive when we called after-hours to the "on call" vet for the area one Friday evening when our dog, Tess, was dying. We are from Boothbay area so our regular clinic is the BB Vet Clinic.

We rushed Tess to the vet but she died enroute. Dr. Krasne was very kind when we arrived and walked us through the process of getting our pooch cremated. Before that she took the time to talk to us about what might have happened to Tess and allowed us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our beloved friend.

Afterwards we received a condolence card from the clinic with a personal message from Dr. Krasne along with a packet of "forget-me-nots" to plant in the spring as a memorial.

We were very pleased with the services and attention we received during this stressful period of transition.
