We recently brought our cat in to Dr. Haynes for an urinary tract infection. He immediately recognized the cat's condition and began treatment. It was kept overnight and within 48 hours our cat was fine. The attention our pet received there was awesome. Dr. Haynes and staff were very professional and showed genuine care. They are first class! Thanks Dr. Haynes and staff!

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. The examining rooms at Haynes Dennis DVM's office were immaculate. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. Dr. Haynes' prices are below average and he is a very compassionate Vet.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
