This veterinarian is not even worth dealing with. She hates animals and does not do her own surgery. She is incompetent to say the least. She really has no clue what she is doing. I would give it less than one star if I could

Staff terrible. Office hideous. Treated urinary tract infection. Still
Blood in urine and vomiting after a week. Would not recommend her.

The doctor is one of the most unprofessional people I've encountered. I scheduled a surgery for my dog and was given a quote. When I picked up my dog to pay I was given a different price. The doctor flew into a rage due to my inquiries concerning price difference.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose.
