Absolutely wonderful! We had a pretty traumatic emergency with our dog. He took her in over night, and cared for her. We can not thank he and his staff enough for their help. H truly loves animals, and it shows ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Dr Griffiths is an INCREDIBLE vet! We traveled with our dog from AZ to MN seeing a a number of vets along the way and Dr Griffiths was the only vet who knew that our dog was sick and needed to go to the WA state university veterinary training hospital where he had colon surgery.Dr Griffith is so knowledgeable and really the only vet we would trust with our little guy.

Dr. Griffiths is the best. Very knowledgeable, Kind and goes out of his way for the care, he gives our pet/family member. I have no idea, what a couple of these reviews come from. Everyone we know just loves Dr. Griffiths including us!

Well, it was a long time ago, 32 years to be exact when Doug treated our dog. We never had a problem with him or the Pleasant Valley Animal Hospital which is still there. Our dog was the smartest dog we ever owned and even people who didn't like dogs seemed to like her. We took her to once to Myrtle Beach, SC, and she loved the ocean (we could hardly keep her out of the gentle waves). Alas, one day she saw another poodle across the street and ran across to introduce herself. (That dog was stuck up and ours soon realized that). While running back she was hit by a pick-up truck. Well, that was just the beginning of the story which involved a murder and a revelation from God and I wrote about it in my 2006 autobiography which even had a chapter on the then coming market crash of 2008. I just came across Doug's calling card from those days and decided to just say hello.

I would never recommend this vet to anyone. The vet. is extremely rude and superior acting. I was shocked when he called my dog nasty names. I had to go to him a couple of times because he was the only game in town. The front desk staff are rude too, must be a company culture. We chose to drive to Bonners Ferry to see a vet rather than go here, but now there is a new vet in Libby. I would give him a NO STAR rating if possible.

I went to this clinic seeking a simple rabies shot for my dog. I was treated like the scum of the earth for no apparent reason. The receptionist was rude, both on the phone and in person, and Dr Griffiths acted like it was a huge deal to take a couple min out of his (yes I know, busy) schedule to see me. If it were such an imposition they should have told me not to bring her in. I will Never go there again.
