We have been clients of this practice since 1991-- 23 years! We have had 6 cats in that time- and Dr Brown has cared for all of them. We have laughed and cried with her -- or rather-- she with us-- always with the care and attention that you would wish of a person caring for your "family". During happy and difficult times- like we all have with our furry family- she has always been supportive, informative, and so very knowledgeable even when serious and unusual illnesses struck our pets. We would never dream of going to anyone else-- her staff has always been very nice and efficient - obviously, hand picked and long term. You wil never regret taking your animals here.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations. I have been going there for years and will continue to. Dr. Brown is the best, she knows how to explain things to me that make a bad situation better. Even though I have moved away from the area, I STILL make sure to take my animals there.

Dr. Brown is very sweet and clearly LOVES her "patients". I thought their pricing was very fair. I didn't have a bad experience. They don't offer emergency after-hour services, the VM refers to a local emergency vet. Their office was quite and clean. The staff is great, very helpful, and very competent. This is a great vet!
