I drive 2 hours to this veterinarian, whom I only trust with my dogs. They don’t rob you with high bills. Staff are all so helpful and friendly. Boyd been my doggies dr. around eight years when some friend told us about him.

The staff is friendly. My Rowdy Min Pin got attacked by another dog. I called 30 min. before they closed and they waited for me to get him up there and completely checked him out and instructed me on what to do for him at home. No extra charge for waiting on me even though they would have been closed for 20 min. by the time i got there. I could not have got through the night with out them.

Solid quality animal health care without the expensive foo-foo upgrades that seem to be the norm down in Texas. I have one of the giant breeds of dogs and he was having bone problems during his active growth months. Texas vet was talking about $2,500 surgery. Boyd Mills suggested anti-inflammatory medicines and feeding a whole lot less food to slow the growth. How's that for pragmatic?! Dog is 2 years old now and fully recovered without the pricey surgery.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I trust Doc Mills with all of my animals lives and health. You feel like you are part of their family, Grandpa Mills is the sweetest man and always has time to talk with you about anything. Doc and the gang are just Awesome!
