I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at a few other places. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They occasionally have a promotion or special going on, especially for senior citizens. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.
