My sister is a good veterinarian. We grew up around animals all our grown up life. She has a love for her job. And only has your pet's best interest at heart

Dr. o'neill informed us they are like primary care doctors for pets!!!!!! THIS TIME, Of course, this was after we spent over $500 to find out what was wrong with our pet, to be told they found nothing. after a surgical procedure. We are very unsatisfied with the service we have gotten here. Every time we have taken a pet to this office we have paid dearly. They give estimates for surgeries and when it comes time to check out, the bill is always higher. got our records and will be finding a new vet!!!!!!!!!

The only doctor I trust and recommend in this office is Dr. Boyce. One of my dogs has spay urinary incontinence and she was put on medication by Dr. Brooks. When I got home I gave my dog the medication according to the label, then looking it up I saw the med can cause seizures, coma, or death. I was really upset that I was never informed about these side effects. About a half hour later my dog was violently ill. Nobody knew what the problem was, they thought it was something in the pill that she was allergic to. Dr. Boyce called me the next day to tell me I should have given her 0.5-1 tablet (not the 2.5 according to the label) and that somehow the label was printed wrong. Thank god she is a larger dog and nothing else was wrong!! I also had another incident with my small (8lb) dog. He had a broken foot and had been sedated to put a splint on. I was told that I would not be charged with an office visit when I went in every two weeks to get it checked, so Dr. Brooks charged a 36$ recheck fee and 16$ for supplies (bandage and 2x2s that I had at home and could have done for 2$). I know they have to make their money, but I was going every two weeks and I felt that much of a charge was unnecessary! Again I also had an issue with medication doses. The paper they sent me home with after his surgery had a different dose than printed on the bottle. I went back in and they were nasty with me about it. I just wanted it clarified. The tech scribbled out the dose on the paper and wrote what she said should have been written. I went home and there still was a different number on the paper than what was printed on the label. I know I should go somewhere else but they are the only emergency vet around and my dogs are known to have serious allergies so that is why I remain there. I also love Dr. Boyce, she is knowledgeable always has a caring attitude. I have not had any issues with Dr. Boyce, so just a warning, if you see anyone else, double check the meds before you give them!!!! If Dr. Boyce leaves I will not go back.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The office staff and other personnel were great. I would recommend this office to anyone!!
