Absolutely the best veterinarian that I have had the honor to get to know. He has taken care of my 16 year old cat since he was a kitten.

I brought my yellow naped amazon to Dr Keller with an infection. I had Cato for 35 years. Yellow Naped Amazons can live 70 years. He gave me antibiotics to administer. She responded then she started to regurgitate her food and lose weight. I called several times he would not return my calls. When I did get in touch with him he apologized and told me bird sometimes do that. I called him on Friday with same problem he did not call me back. On Sunday I took her to emergency vet in Knoxville (I could tell her crop was not emtying) where she died. When I called him he said antibiotics can sometimes cause crop stasis. Why he didn't bring that up when Cato was alive I don't know. I would definitely not bring a beloved pet bird to Dr. Keller. I am broken heartedđź’”.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. The staff here is friendly and welcoming. My pet and I always are made to feel at home.
