The staff here iwas friendly and welcoming. I took my dog here for an emergency visit, and they were accommodating. I thought their pricing was very fair. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions.

We have been taking our dogs to this vet for over 10 years, they are now called NEW England Animal Medical Center. Our dog required major surgery in which we had to put 80% of $5000.00 down. We did this, they performed the surgery, we spoke with the surgeon and went to visit our dog. When we went to visit the dog I asked for copy of the bill to see if I owed more money. The bill came out significantly less (positive). They told me the dog needed to stay one more night to see how he did off IV and it would be one nights fee. The next day I went to pick my dog up and the bill had gone up 500 dollars and additional charges were made predated to when I received the invoice. As I question this for clarification the staff became rude and uncooperative. I called back on the next business day to get my refund and was actually spoken down to for having the audacity to ask for clarification on my bill. The vet told me I was not welcome back for my behavior.
