The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
