I have lost my faith in their care because they misdiagnosed my pet and were unwilling to even consider the fact that it was their fault my pet got worse. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them.
