With the passing of Dr. Montgomery, things are going downhill. I really miss him! The office staff is not very friendly and refused to fax a form to our insurance company. I was told that NO veterinarian does that for anyone. But the past two years at that office, it was always faxed for me. After all, I pay the Vet up front - faxing this form was simply a courtesy to the customer. In the past 35 years, we have paid thousands of dollars to this company and had always loved the service. Out of curiosity, I called another Veterinary and asked up front what their policy was towards faxing forms to pet insurance company. They immediately told me no problem at all! They now have my business.

Ever since Doctor Fisher left, things went down hill. The prices are crazy, and the new doctors are mean. I called around 10pm because earlier that day my kitten was diagnosed with Calici (the flu), but the in-home vet didn't give me very detailed instructions how to take care of her. So, because I had taken my other cats to these guys, I called. The emergency doc took two hours to respond, and told me: "It's midnight, you are not an emergency. Go to the nearest Vet ER (which is two hours away for me) if you think she's dying." While I am writing this, my kitten still has a fever, and I still don't know how much liquid/electro. mix to give her because she isn't drinking.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I can always count on this veterinarian to be there for me, whether it is to answer a late night phone call or come in for an after-hour emergency. Their dedication to their clients is unparalled to any other vet I've been to. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to them to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
