The whole experience with Dr. Cole's office can be described by the term 'service excellence'. I was most pleased with my care including how it was handled on the day of the procedure and my blood pressure was up. Please include the persons name in the automated reminder call. My husband and I had procedures during the same time and it got very confusing.

I thought all the staff and doctor were very friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable doing something that I really never thought I would do. I will recommend this office and go back. I was turning 50 and have always hated my frown line and thought it was a good time to do something for myself. I am very happy with the outcome of Botox and filler.

The consultation was quick and to the point. The lower eyelids and lashes were rolling into the eyes and irritating it. Dr. Cole explained what caused this was an easy fix. Day of surgery went very smoothly and everyone was very friendly and answered all questions and explained what was going to happen. The anesthesiologist explained her job and Dr. Cole came in and explained the rest. It all went very smoothly. We had some questions 2 days after the surgery and it was a weekend. We called and got the answering service. Dr. Cole called us within minutes. He relieved our worries.

Dr. Cole office is very organized and patient friendly. Dr. Cole is very informative and helpful. I was able to make decisions about the Dysport filler and Sculptra procedures with confidence thanks to Dr. Cole and Ms. Lindberg. They gave me excellent treatments. I am pleased with the results.
