I think the staff is great - helpful and understanding. Dr. Cole is very good at explaining the procedure. I do not feel like I was prepared for the resurfacing post-op. I did appreciate being able to speak with Dr. Cole on the weekend. I did not like my appearance - droopy eye lids and wrinkles. I was not prepared for the post-op experience of the laser resurfacing I think for the most part. After I think it was worth it.

Laser hair removal. It would be nice to see prices written down about possible options. I may like to have more services, but do not know prices or options. I would also like to know what I can do after laser hair removal for better care of treated area.

Everything went very well for the procedure. All personnel from the doctor's office wot the medical staff at the surgery center were very helpful and knowledgeable. Provided excellent vision in both eyes. I would recommend the procedure to anyone that needed to have it done.

Difficulty seeing due to eyelid droop. Very pleased with outcome. Worked with insurance company to obtain best coverage and result.

I am much more at ease about this now! At first, it was scary. But the results are good, so I am comfortable. My face is how people know what I am about. Deep wrinkles make me look sad or angry, when I am not either. So this procedure helps me to be more 'me'.

Sculptra - beginning, need more visits. Unsure of eventual satisfaction on results- work in progress. A little more uncomfortable than I expected, but tolerable.
