I love how friendly and open the staff are with their patients. Patients are able to build connections and friendships with those they meet. Dr. Chernoff is a wonderful doctor and treats all of his patients with kindness and respects financial needs! The office treats everyone that comes in like family.

The procedure itself went well and the 24 hour aftercare was wonderful, especially since I developed a hematoma. The results of the neck lift were initially great until I developed bunching of the skin under my chin. I was told this was because of the elasticity of my skin, or lack thereof. I wish I would have been told of the possibility of this beforehand so as to be better prepared. I am four months out and still have the bunching. The office staff is working on helping to improve this.
