I have had the most amazing experience working with Rhonda Elston on my childhood trauma. She utilizes EMDR (I called it Wii therapy) which has literally changed my life. She is a joy to work with and although working through my traumas has brought out tears, there is usually a place in every meeting when we laugh. She is very caring and clearly skilled, and honestly, I look forward to our next session. I have already recommended her to several people I know who have tried traditional therapy methods and did not have the same experience I am having. I cannot say enough good about her or about EMDR. I was told initially, when I was referred to her office, that previous patients speak highly of her. I now understand why. Thank you, Rhonda.
