I have had an amazing experience with Dr. Epperly and so did my husband. He was one of the very few people that kept the topic on focus, creating us to look at and in ourselves rather than focusing on the negatives of the other people in general. I still refer to Dr. Epperly after years of seeing him, thinking to myself "what would he say if I told him I had this issue?" I think he is one of the "Greats" in terms of counselors and has inspired me to continually growing and change.
Though one must use their own personal judgement, it is my obligation to report that I had a terrible experience with this therapist. This was due to inappropriate boundaries and unprofessional conduct, as I perceived it. As a matter of public record, please research Dr. Epperly on the Georgia State Licensing website for a public consent order document. This is your right.
