Stay as far away as humanly possible from this person. She released medical information over the phone without verifying the identity of who she was talking to. She couldn't remember my name or appointment times. She often takes personal phone calls during sessions. She harasses others in her office building and patients that no longer desire her services. She is rude and abrupt. She is known as the CRAZY LADY, just ask around.

Kay is well-trained in the most modern practices. She saved my life. She diagnosed me with very serious issues. A treatment plan was developed to help me become week again and useful part of society. I was given a skill-set that I never knew existed. I was invested in my treatment and determined to do whatever it took to begin healing and understand that I am loveable and I am important. I experienced unusual grief in my life. Kay helped me get my faith in God back. EMDR was extremely useful is overcoming fears, grief, sadness, trauma, loneliness, and guilt. I am blessed to know Kay and being in recover.

Her office was very comfortable and helped me to relax. Kay helped me so much work through my depression, and trauma. She administered EMDR for me, and it worked so well. She anwered all my questions, and she had different exercises, and homework to do after each session, so I could practice learning skills. She earned my trust quickly, and she was full of information, and also very compassionate. I felt like I was the only patient she had, as she was very present to me, and listened with empathy. I don't understand where all these negative reviews come from. I don't know what I would do with out this woman. I have been going for 11 months and she has changed my life. I have PTSD and anxiety and social anxiety. She has gone above and beyond to help me. I can't say enough positive things. I guess my experience is better cause I want to get better and I myself also put a lot of work into my therapy. I would recommend her to anyone
