The 1 star reviews are on point about Dr. Allen. Unfortunately, I learned too late I could’ve used someone else. Do yourself a favor, if you have to get evaluations done on your case request someone else. It was very clear she was biased from the start and very easily manipulated. After therapy I learned some of the things she scrutinized about me were due to the trauma I had endured. After being beat down in the relationship, to have professional beat me down further was devastating. Divorce is hard and she was perhaps the worst part of it.

Tracey is extremely reliable - she has only cancelled once in five years (due to laryngitis). She is extremely trustworthy - I can trust her with all of the secrets of my traumatic past. She is very ethical. The skills I have learned in my work with her help me be a better person, a better mother. She saved my life.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, Dr. Allan was readily available to address my concerns. She gave me her cell phone number and email address so I could reach her after hours. I felt that she really valued my health and happiness because she followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was extremely pleased with the chair she provided me during the session. It was SO comfortable I didn't want to leave. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, she takes time out of her day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. She is extremely reliable.
