Betty Jo is extemely caring and has a calming energy about her. She helped me through a very rough time about 2 years ago and I am just now writing a review. I would suggest anybody go to her for their worries and concerns. She doesn't tell you what to do but rather makes you come to the conclusion on your own through probing questions (cognitive behavioral therapy).
