The office staff was friendly and knowledgable. Dr. Richardson was friendly and listened to our concerns. She seems to really care about her patients and tailors her approach to help with individual issues. I especially like the bio-feedback sessions. She brought her dog with her to sessions, which also help me feel more comfortable.
