They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I first went to mr. Batchelor In June of this year. At the time I had just received the first notice that my house was going to be foreclosed on. My mortgage company would not even take any payments from me and I was 3 months behind on my second mortgage, I was so stressed, worried and scared that I was going to loose my home. I called mr. Batchelor ( who had also done my divorce 2 years ago) and got a appointment for the next afternoon. His wife, Ashley talked with me about what to expect and how a chapter 13 could also help me avoid my second mortgage while she scheduled my appointment. The next day I went in and talked with mr. Batchelor and told him what was going on. He had a solution for every one of my problems. He told me that filing a chapter 13 bankruptcy and avoiding my second mortgage would save my house and make it affordable. He alsotold me how the bankruptcy would lower the amount that I owe on my car adthat it would be paid off at the end of my 5 year bankruptcy plan. Ashley gave me a packet of paperwork to fill out and her cell phone number so I coul call her if I needed any help (I work from 8:30 - 5:30). I filled the packet out and paid my fees and within 3 weeks I signed everything and made my first payment the next month and went to my trustee meeting a few weeks later. Mr.Batchelor and Ashley were so patient and understanding with me. Now all I have to do is pay my trustee payment and my mortgage payments and back payments along with my car payment is included. When I'm finished with my bankruptcy my cr will be paid off, .y mortgage caught up and I will no longer have to pay that dreadful second mortgage payment anymore. I am so happy with the outcome and and it was worth every penny.
