It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all.

This woman is the worst in the area. I overheard other counselors today at my current counselor say she doesn't pay her employees, bills, ripped off clients, told a suicidal client to leave, and hires people who aren't qualified by the state. SCAMMER!

Other counselors might want you to put more time in, but I would rather spend more time with a counselor who is qualified than someone who commits more crimes than her clients.
