Some of my questions were answered, but definitely not all. I would have loved more info. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
