I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot.. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Pat is so kind and gentle very sweet and loving person... She listens and helps very well
