Extremely hard to contact any of our local case workers. The wait time for 1-855-306-8959 is like 4 hours and when you do finally get a real person on the line they 1.) Make you feel less than, 2.)sound like they're annoyed, and 3.) Are not even in our local area. And don't even get me started on the "self-service portal" online. Almost impossible to log in..and I am very computer savvy.
