Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

No, I left with more problems than I came with!

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Not at all, its out in the boondocks

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly. I was very satisfied with my visits. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. If I were in some kind of an emergency, or I have the opportunity, I'll go back. I went there as a requirement for housing, but now value the experience on it's own.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information
