Being a mental health professional myself, I have very high standards, so here's my review. Dr. Cerra was always on time to see us at our scheduled time. My husband and I were both very comfortable with him. My husband had a previous professional relationship with Vic so I was a bit concerned about that but, I was pleasantly surprised that there were no indications that he "played favorties". We felt as if he was totally present during our time with him and Vic was very accomodating in terms of schuedluing around our availability. He helped us to work out some very difficult things between us and we will definitely be going back for the occassional "tune up" if we need too. Don't hesitate to see him. Be advised that Vic does sound a bit gruff on the phone but in person is very soft spoken and has a very calming demeanor.

Vic Cerra displays patients and professionalism in a relaxed setting. He allows for his client (patient) to explain and to define situations and problems so that there is a full understanding before any attempt to offer council is made.

Mr. Cerra has proved to be an excellent guider of conversation so that underlying problems are exposed. He is firm and fair and has the courage to offer the “hard” solutions.
