My doctor at the Liberty Office was Doctor Richardson and I also saw Jan as my person who listened to all of my problems. When we lived here in Cortland Ohio five years ago; we relocated to Gainesville Florida to be near my parents for various reasons. My father passed away thee years ago at the age of 97. My mother is still alive and is 98 years old . She resides with my oldest brother.

My experience with PsyCare before we re-located to Gaineville Florida, was a very positive experience.

We have now relocated back to Masury Ohio; and I had to go to the emergency room on November 1st because I was out of my depression
meds. Your office is well aware of this; however I have been told that I cannot get an appointment with a doctor to get my medication until November 16; I am not a very happy person about this situation right now. Thank so much for your time and consideration~~~The doctor that I will be seeing who is on my insurance plan is Dr. Yendrick; which I am fine with seeing him.
