Scott lacks good follow through and seems to be financially motivated rather than people focused. For several weeks he said he would do something and failed to do so. In addition, he would fail to write down appointments after we discussed a specific date and time, which would result in him double-booking people. A couple times my wife and I on seperate appointments would have to wait 15-30 minutes while he finished previous meetings (non-counseling related) or finishing up with other clients. Yet, he would still charge his full rate. My wife and I had also worked with another counselor and he contacted that counselor to arrange for a transfer to him, without our consent. Scott also called us at home at night to discuss the transfer, which he had said in his client agreement that he wouldn't call clients at home and would always use email. He couldn't wait until after we returned and we contacted him as I mentioned to him we would do.
