I feel she is out of date on her theories. It seems she tells all her patients the same advice. I only learned this by accident when comparing my scenario with another patient of hers. Be aware... she tells everyone going thru a relationship divide, to not see or date.
My next counselor was able to work with me dating and actually helped me with how I was viewing relationships. Without me dating thru my new life of being single, I would have been stagnant. Instead, I am learning so much more about myself.
