They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They seemed extremely interested in how they could help us solve our problems. They were completely supportive and willing to do whatever they could to get us through our issues. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
