Do not recommend Margaret at all. Our first couple meetings went ok but then she left me and my family out in the cold at a very critical stage in our crisis. Would not return phone calls. Getting a repeat appointment took weeks. Does not use email. We went back to the person that referred us to her and coincidentally she had heard the same thing by another person she recommended her to.

The staff is very good. My only complaint is that Genisis and the therapists should have email accounts. You always have to call to make an appt or leave a message. If they used email accounts, it would make things easier.
