I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. When I was in crisis, he wouldn't bother calling me back. He was always eating in front of me and walking around his office. He didn't help me and I only got worse, I left feeling less hope then when I started.
