Dr. Bonin scheduled quickly for a first appointment and 3 days later for follow up testing; however, I have yet to receive the results. My results appointment was scheduled 2 months from testing then cancelled. Despite repeated phone calls and requests to be transferred to someone with availability, I have not received the test results. I strongly feel that I wasted my time and money on the 2 appointments and must start over with someone new now. Very unprofessional practice.

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

They were rarely able to answer any of my questions

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They had very affordable prices. It was nice not to have to worry about paying a ridiculous amount for my appointment. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
