I never felt the heart of the problem was investigated. The ploy was to get me to return again and again, only to line the pockets of someone who really had no idea of what was truly at the crux of my dilemma. Complete waste of time!!!!!!!! Complete waste of money!!!! Complete betrayal of TRUST!!!!!
