They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
