I was upset that the waiting rooms weren't more private here because I was worried that I might run the other parent and did at every visit. . Very few of my questions were answered, which is unacceptable. I went there for information and got very little. When I asked questions I felt like iI was a bother to them and I should not be asking any type of questions. As this was supervised visitation, I had to see the parent face to face which I was told would not happen, and when I picked up the child and the supervisor and other client acted like they were best of friends and to me that is not professional as I was told they would not take sides. They made me feel like I was doing something wrong and the parent could do no wrong There's no way I'll ever be back to this provide, they are very unprofessional
