They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
