They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. She was not very good at making me feel like I was getting anywhere with my problems, and never offered many suggestions. I eventually stopped going to her after like 5 visits. I would not recommend her for therapy to anyone seriously in need of help.
