I contacted Dr. Chase to make an appointment and he told me that our schedules conflicted so I should find someone else. I made it clear that I wanted to see him and that I was willing to work with him. Over and over he refused me, saying he couldn't work with me even though I said I would take an appointment during his open times! If he is not accepting new patients, he should just be honest and say that.
