She is very friendly and professional. Not only does she never postpone my appointment, she always tries to get me in as soon as possible. I can always get an appointment right away. When she does need to reschedule (it is few and far between) she is courteous and always accommodating. The restroom was clean and well-stocked. I admire them for searching for an answers for me, and for being more than willing to ask other professionals for assistance when they don't have an answer to my question. I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
