It took weeks to get in and then it was an intake person, not the doctor. The appointment set up was ridiculous, they schedule a time for insurance information intake and then 45 minutes with intake staff and acted like it was my fault not their poor sheduling. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The only reason I am going back is the doctor is supposed to be good, if I can ever get in to see her, 3 months from when I first began trying to get in. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
